Death By Eviction by PrincesaSevilla Death By Eviction by PrincesaSevilla
This is a personal picture I've made for all of you because of the tragedy of people committing suicide befroe being evicted; a tragedy that is happening in Spain - and in the rest of the world, too. It's a painting I've made with GIMP about a blue seagull that is taking a person away from her home, her paradise (represented with sky blue), while she's bleeding all over, and the blood is covering most of the screen.

The blue seagull represents the PP (Partido Popular), or Spanish Conservative Party, for taking part in the evictions. The stains on the windows represent blood and death; the woman resembles a Yurei because she'll be dead very soon of a violent death, and she's faceless because she can represent any person who's suffering and suffered this atrocity. The neutral colouring of the rest of the painting reinforces the feeling of sadness represented in the picture.

Hope you like it.
